August 31/September 1 are the switching dates for most of the artwork involved with Art in Motion. This is a reminder that members need to pick up their work on the 31st to make room for new work to be hung on September 1. If you do not know when you are scheduled to either remove or hang artwork, please contact our Art in Motion Coordinator, Geri Bates. 240-4616.
If you need new signage for your paintings contact Geri.
IMPORTANT: Geri needs a list of your paintings that will be hanging from September 1 to January 1. And if you cannot pick up/deliver your own work Geri needs to know who is doing it for you.
This switch is the last one of the year. The artwork hanging now will be up until early January when we'll switch again.
